How will i receive my template?

Upon completing the checkout process in our store, a PDF will automatically download with a link to access the template in Canva.  When you click the link, you’ll be taken to a new webpage that should read, “A template created by Atlas & Anchor was shared with you, start designing now”.  Click the “Use Template” button and the template will populate in your Canva account.

Will anything be shipped to me?

No.  All of our products are digital and you receive them as soon as you checkout.  So you can start designing immediately – no waiting by the mailbox. 🙂

I'm having trouble downloading my template. what do i do?

If you happen to lose your access PDF or if it fails to download at checkout, try logging into your account on our website and navigating to the Downloads tab.  From there, you can re-download the access PDF for any of your past purchases.  We also recommend checking your internet browser settings to make sure your security settings aren’t inadvertently blocking the downloads.  

Sometimes, though, no matter what you try, technology just doesn’t want to play ball.  When that happens, shoot us an email or DM us on Instagram and we’ll help you figure it out!

I only have the free version of canva. can i still use your templates?

Absolutely!  Our templates were designed so they could be used in both the Free and Pro versions of Canva.  All fonts and elements used in our templates come included in the Free version, so you’ll never have any issues.    

What is your return policy?

Since our products are digital, we unfortunately don’t do returns or refunds.  But we’re committed to the success of our customers – so if something isn’t working, drop us a note and we’ll work with you until it does!
